Fascial release & yin yoga workshop

Hips, legs & feet

1-4pm, Friday 27 May 2022

Westbury Village Hall, Playing Field Road, just off the A422, Westbury, Bucks, NN13 5LA

Earlybird fee: £37 (book and pay by 13 May 2022) / full price £42

With our latest workshop, we hope to take you to even greater levels of relaxation by working on feet, legs and hips with massage balls, then seeing how much more freedom we can find in our yin poses.

This practice is based on the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine and aims to help you find balance in body and mind. All of the poses are lying down or seated and held for a few minutes, helping you to cultivate a mindful state. We’ll close the session with a meditation, followed by tea and cake.

Eunice has been teaching hatha yoga for 11 years and is a long-term practitioner of meditation. Eva has been teaching hatha yoga for ten years and is qualified in level 3 yin yoga and mindfulness with Sarah Lo, as well as holistic massage, Indian head massage and seated acupressure massage. She is currently undertaking mindfulness meditation teacher training.
